I am beginning to build a service wherein court calls, deposition "attendance" and other basic services will be provided by an attorney, as opposed to a paralegal or law clerk. Rates will be highly competitive.
As we grow, we will be available on short notice. we are currently available on short notice subject to availability of attorneys. We will assist attorneys with civil and criminal court calls, arbitrations, depositions and motions. We are available in downtown Chicago, the Chicago metropolitan area, all surrounding suburbs, and as far out as Joliet, Rockford, Kane County, McHenry County, and Lake County. Low Flat Rate. Biography.
DREW MICHAEL HARWICK, ESQUIRE Legal Background: Attorney 1995-Present Engaging in free lance attorney work for several attorneys in the Chicago area. Thus, expanding on my legal skills and legal experience. Continuing to go to court in various areas of general practice, while staying knowledgeable with current laws in all areas of general practice. I have also worked free-lance giving plaintiff depositions for a New York law firm in the diet drug personal injury area. Law Offices of Pomper & Goodman, Chicago, IL 1990-1995 Associate In this established general practice firm of ten attorneys with an emphasis in personal injury, I engaged in personal injury bench and jury trials. Also, I took and gave depositions. Also, I engaged in workmen’s compensation hearings and depositions. I handled my own caseload. I attended an IICLE course on workmen’s compensation which delved into some of the more abstract theories involved in workmen’s compensation. . Uninsured motorist arbitrations, handling my own caseload .
